Very poor customer service! I placed an order 15days ago and I am yet to receive my order. On top of that, they don’t reply to customer email. I want my money back. Will file a complaint against you guys.

Received the cufflinks quickly - they look good but the letters are quite hard to distinguish which is which. We were sent incorrect letters and I emailed the shop immediately and received new ones within days. Great customer service.
