I purchased the cuff links for my husband on our wedding they came out perfect thank you note the works I was so happy that I ordered again when my grandma passed away for my dad and his brothers. I received them after about 3 weeks way passed the expected time frame. And then when I received them they were all stuck to the cotton inside the box one had lots of air bubbles. So I reached out to express my concern about these especially since they are gifts she took care of it right away I received them. I received my package again to my surprise no thank you note just three lil boxes in a Polly mailer it’s a lil disappointing to know that you can’t even take the time to send a thank you card after a customer orders from you multiple times. The cuff links have have lil stains on them like if old or possibly even water damage
